Matt: I'm Matt Dallas and I'm playing Seth in this new ABC Family movie. And in this movie, Lane, the lead character, has a special checklist of characteristics that she wants in a person she wants to fall in love with.
Matt: Now this drops the rest of the cast to wonder: What would be on my checklist?
Matt: My checklist would be - I'm going to sound cliché - humor and like honesty and communication are the biggest things for me.

Matt: A good cook definitely always helps because I'm definitely an eater and I come from a family of eaters. My dad's a chef. My mom's always baking sweets and stuff like that.
Matt: Everybody knows people that are like that way. They have their list and they're like, "I'm looking for this in a person."
What About in the Work Place?
Matt: Dating in the work place is always kind of tricky because if things go sour, it always makes the person awkward and then uncomfortable.
Matt: I don't know. It's a bit dangerous. Sometimes you can't help the way you feel.
