Matt: Well, Season 2 we definitely have a lot to look forward to, as far as the mythology and we answer a lot of the questions in the beginning of the season. And actually in the first episode, we answer a whole lot of questions so that we can open a lot more doors to new questions. Also Kyle, really this year, is really about the development of a super hero. Last year was really about everybody taking care of Kyle and now Kyle's turn to take care of everybody else. Also Kyle is really this year, he's dealing with becoming a super hero. He's starting to learn what it's like to live that double life, to live these two realities, which is kind of cool because he has to deal alot with struggling with the truth. He doesn't want to lie to the family, to the Tragers because these are the people that took him in and they are so good to him from the very beginning and now he has to lie to the people that he loves so we can really see him battle with that struggle in having to balance the two worlds.
Kyle is definitely being accepted into the family as a family member this year, which is actually neat too because lots of time last year, the parents would deal with Kyle as a patient almost. Now they actually take him in as a child, as one of their children. So it's cool to see him brought into the family in that way and at the same time, because he is struggling with these two different worlds, he's really battling with "this is my family, but I have this whole other world."
Matt: Well, this year, there will be a lot more potential between Kyle and Amanda and their little love story.
Now that we all know that Charlie's cheating on Amanda and he has this thing going on the side. I will tell you that
this doesn't stop. So definitely next year, we'll have something to look forward to and hopefully, I like to see Amanda and Kyle have a little something.
Matt: What's most fun about this character for me is getting to grow with him and getting really to develop him and go from each
episode to each episode and kind of develop him. Also I get to explore all the different
things that he explores, as far as all his abilities and all the crazy things that he can do. They have me training and working out throughout
the season. It's a lot of fun and it's really cool to get to do all of that.
Matt: They got me doing all sort of training this year.
They had me wall-climbing training, playing the guitar. They had me working out, trying to build up a little bit of bulk. No, they had me doing a lot of stuff this year.
It's actually kind of cool and it's a lot of fun for me as an actor because I get to kinda delve in all these different little things and learn
all these things that I would have never otherwise got to learn or experience.
